Founded on September 7, 2017 — Moving Ethiopia Toward Financial Safety. CAFS — Centre for Advancement of Financial Safety — was established on 07 September 2017 with a clear purpose: to strengthen financial protection, support digital security, and promote fair access to financial services for all Ethiopians.
Over the years, we have:
Assisted communities in understanding financial risks and digital fraud Conducted awareness campaigns on safe mobile payments and consumer rights Supported vulnerable groups affected by financial scams
